Do you have any previous experience of being an admin?: Yes, I do have admin experience in multiple servers and I think I've succeeded at being a admin in all of those servers. Why do you want to be an admin for us?(200 word minimum): I want to be a admin for this server, so I could stop people from NLR'ing and KOS'ing.  I would be active and helpful to other members and also staff members.  I wouldn't be rude to any other member, or of course staff member.  I would be there when people need me and hear them out, help them with any problem, issue they have.  I would very much respect my lower rankings and higher rankings, I'd obey them if they would tell me to do anything.  If someone would FailRP, I would give them a warning and explain what they did wrong, I also would say to a higher rank that I warned someone.   I would help people in the discord, by helping them get the ip and port, make applications, etc.  I would give people refunds if they've got proof of their cleared vehicle, etc.   I would make the server bigger and more popular by getting in some friends and other people.  If people would be rude to me or argue with me, I'd ignore them or say "Please stop arguing (Please stop being rude)"  If people would be rude to anyone else or (and) argue with them, I'd go in the middle of the arguement and explain, why they should stop arguing. If another person would be ruds to someone else (very rude) I'd talk to them and try to calm them down, then ask why is he rude to him.  Other than that, I would enjoy my own time on the server, but help people when in need.   Scenario section: If someone was KOS'ing what would you do?: I would give the KOS'er a warning then help out the person (people) who got kos'ed by giving them their items back, if they got proof, and I'd hope I made their day a bit happier. I would also contact a high rank staff member and tell them that I warned someone. If someone was NLR'ing what would you do?: I would give the NLR'ing person a warn, explain to him what he did wrong. Then contact a high rank and tell him that I warned someone. If a person is caught free building what would you do?: I would give him a warn for free building, then I'd explain what he did wrong, I would call a higher rank to clear the building (or I will do it myself if possible). When that's done I would contact a high rank staff member and say to them that I warned someone. If you caught a staff member being abusive what would you do?: I would as fast as possible contact high ranks so the abusive staff member couldn't abuse his powers anymore and talk to them about the abusive staff member.
